VISITING
BRIGHTCOVE

COVID-19 Visitor Policy

We look forward to hosting you at a Brightcove-office or Brightcove meeting outside a Brightcove office. Before your visit our offices or attend a Brightcove event, there are some important things that you need to know.

COVID-19 Vaccine Requirement

Since the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has approved a COVID-19 vaccine for regular use, our offices, and events and meetings hosted outside of our offices, are open only to those individuals (including all employees, onsite vendors and visitors) who have been Fully Vaccinated, unless a medical professional has advised them against the vaccine due to disability or they have a sincerely held religious belief that prevents them from receiving the vaccine. “Fully Vaccinated” means that two weeks have passed since you received a one-dose or two-dose vaccine regimen. Booster shots are strongly encouraged.

Mask Requirements

Masks are required for everyone, regardless of vaccination status, when federal, state or local mask mandates are in place and for those who are not vaccinated. If there are no applicable mask mandates in place, masks are optional for those who are Fully Vaccinated.

Additional Safety Measures

If you are not feeling well on the day of your visit, we ask that you please refrain from attending.

If you develop any COVID-19 symptoms or otherwise feel unwell while visiting, please leave immediately.

If you subsequently test positive for COVID-19 within 72 hours of visiting a Brightcove office or attending a Brightcove event, please immediately notify your Brightcove contact.

If you have any questions or concerns, or if anything is unclear, please direct these to your Brightcove contact. Please also read our  privacy policy for further information regarding our privacy practices.

Thank you for your cooperation with our efforts to keep you and our Brightcove employees safe.
