THE BRIGHT SPOT COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

The Bright Spot is a Brightcove Community (the “Community”) connecting Brightcove customers, partners, and video streaming professionals and video marketers. Here you can find content, discussions, inspiration, and opportunities to share and collaborate. Welcome to the Community!

1. Building a strong community.

Brightcove is committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for a diverse range of perspectives and representation.

  • Be welcoming and open-minded.
Brightcove believes in diversity in all forms - talent, strengths, backgrounds, and ideas, in order to inspire conversation and innovation. Together we can cultivate a culture of kindness and creativity.
  • Ask questions (about video).
Let’s learn and make awesome things together - share amazing stories, create, inspire, and engage the world with our video content and innovations.
  • Healthy debate.
Disagreements or differences of opinion are part of life. There is rarely only one way to solve a problem. When there is a difference of opinion Community members must engage in healthy and respectful debate. Brightcove expects Community members to be civil and refrain from any attacks of a personal nature.
  • See something sketchy? Let us know immediately.
Brightcove relies on Community members to let us know when an issue needs to be addressed. If you see something within the Community you believe violates these Guidelines or our Terms of Use, please report it to us.
