We encourage employees to take care of their health and wellbeing by offering comprehensive medical and dental benefits, generous paid time off policies, access to company-sponsored wellness programs, and access to a confidential employee assistance program.
We also introduced employee wellness measures specific to the COVID-19 pandemic such as a stipend for home working, regular communication and remote and hybrid working options. We continue to monitor and follow local public health requirements as we carefully re-open some of our offices.
